Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Economy:
- $50.00 and up: 5 to 8 business days - Free
- 0lb–5lb: 5 to 8 business days - $4.90 USD
- 5lb–70lb: 5 to 8 business days - $19.90 USD

Standard:
- 0lb–1lb: 3 to 4 business days - $6.90 USD
- 1lb–5lb: 3 to 4 business days - $9.90 USD

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:
Carolinasaltycorgis LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
